In-Store Returns

These instructions are for customers who wish to return or exchange a purchase at The Mezzanine, 25 South Denim, or Essentials.
 
Returns & exchanges must be made within 7 calendar days of in-store purchase.
Bring your item in its original packaging with your receipt from the time of purchase.
Please note: items must be returned to the location where they were purchased.

STORE CREDIT

If your item is approved by our sales associates for a return, you will receive a Boutique Store Credit. It is accepted at any 25 South Boutiques location. Your Boutique Store Credit has no expiration.
Store Credit is not accepted toward purchases of David J. Witchell Gift Cards.
Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Cocktail and evening attire
• Accessories
• Apparel that has been altered by a seamstress
• Special orders
• Any item with a broken seal or that has evidently been opened or used
• Sale or discounted merchandise
